James is an 11ish-year-old Chorkie (Chihuahua-Yorkie mix). He worked as a federally registered service animal until retirement. Arkansans remember Jim as a canine ambassador for cannabis and, during the 2016 election, the Issue 7 mascot. He has been lobbying in Arkansas and Washington, D.C., and he is a very political animal.

James is enjoying his well-timed retirement now that Kandace works from home. He loves walks and is passionate about meat treats, sunshine naps, and sniff-adventures.
